She barely knew him but he insisted that he loved her before he proceeded to leave scars on her that could never be erased and then running away, but, she had used her the only thing she had – long nails, to leave marks too, to identify him to the police and ensure justice was served.

For all the women who have been harassed by men who claim to be in love with them only to have acid thrown in their faces or be raped or worse when they have not reciprocated the same kind of obsessive “love“…

That is amazing for her! I hope her story has given other women courage too.
As for the jackass who attacked her..I cannot believe a woman agreed to marry him. I can only hope she does not suffer the same fate.

But, didnt he suffer any punishment for his crime? Don’t tell me he got away Scott free?!?

Unfortunately, he didn’t. we were able to access his mails, he was a gigolos at the service of 60 plus women. Plus, my friend was beaten up and I so wanted to kick his butt.

What a horror story! I feel your anger and your pain. How could someone like that have no punishment? Terrible…

exactly. we were shocked to this lovey dovey mail, his okay was a hub to get hold of call girls and his weekly outings to pub. some women paid for his sex tribe to US. It was all there in the mail, how SHE got an awesome time wid him and he lied to ma friend saying he got a scholarship to the states. My friend was shocked and crestfallen

This gets worse and worse as you tell me more details. Sometimes I think the law should allow citizens to take justice into their own hands in certain cases…no lawful punishment is severe enough for people like him who have no remorse for their actions.

Yes! I feel the same way and also, girls should get out of a battered relationship minus respect for your body, soul and feeling. A guy who beats you will never love you in the long run:)

More power to women who can raise their voice against the atrocities meted out to them. And shame on men who think doing such menial acts is what makes him stronger than a lady. Pathetic.

Amen to that! I couldn’t have said it better myself.

Definitely not love. You portrayed the issue very well.

Yes. It isn’t even close to what love is supposed to be and yet, that is what those people think it is.

We should mix love with lust. Love is supreme and is a dedication, where lust is mixed with ego hate and frustration!!

You have rightly portrayed .. the love that never was ..
This a great weakness of many men .. to go to the level being physically abusive .. towards the woman they claim they love or hurt themselves ..Being emotionally weak .. men tend to .. over react .. that is bad .. real bad ..
Obsession is all man word ..it is a problem of emotionally weak individuals ..
LikeLike
Maybe it is not fair to say it’s an all man word because I think there are probably women who are just as obsessive. They are probably just a very very small percentage.
But, you’re absolutely right in saying that it’s a problem of emotionally weak individuals. There is no doubt in that.
