UBC8: Today

Today is good day for me.

For starters, this is the first time I’ve managed to have the discipline to post something everyday for so long. For regular bloggers I’m sure that 8 days of posting is nothing, but for me, I’ve never been able to do it before. The only time I came close was the  Write Tribe Festival of Words in September last year!

Today also marks the day I reached my 100th follower! Yay!!! Do a happy dance with me now! 🙂 100 people (almost all of whom I don’t know personally) read things I’ve written! Thank you everyone for encouraging me by liking or commenting or sharing or just following and reading my posts…you make me happy! Yes, you! 🙂

I am also glad to tell you that the phone network people seem to have read my letter to them and today, when I turned on my phone out of sheer habit, I was overjoyed to find an SMS from the network providers saying they registered my number!! Finally that blue notification light will go back to doing what it was meant to do…blinking!! 😀

Today is also extremely wonderful because it’s my second wedding anniversary. Two years since I officially became a grown up.

Husband, I know you’ll read this post some time…maybe not today, but when you do, happy anniversary! Am glad everyday that you said yes when you did… xoxoxoxo
